Michal Bures worked from 2000 to 2003 as an associate at the law firm Kocián Šolc Balaštík where he specialized primarily on procedural and contractual law and administrative actions.
In 2003 and 2005 he completed study visits to the European Court of Human Rights. Since 2003, external collaborator of the International Department of the Czech Bar Association. From 2004 to 2008 he worked as a lecturer in Civil Law at the University of Karlovy Vary. He currently lectures in employment law specialist courses for managers of enterprises.
